Control - Arrow Key

Hello,

I have an off the wall question and this is probably the wrong place to
address so I apologize in advance.

When I am working on a form I need to move the fields around to make
everything somewhat uniform. Sometimes, I may need to move the field ever so
slightly. Lately, when I hold the control key and hit the arrow key to move
the field, it seems to jump from one row of dots to the next row of dots with
one hit of the key. I use to be able to micro move a field before where I may
have hit the arrow key two of three times to move it the same distances. Does
anyone know how to fix this?? It is so annoying.

Thanks!!!!

I suspect you've accidentally toggled the setting of Format -> Snap to
Grid (on the form design menu bar).  If this setting is checked, then
Ctrl+<arrow> overrides it to allow small, incremental movement.  If the
setting is unchecked, Ctrl+<arrow> overrides it to move the control by
grid units.

Hi Dirk,

That was it!! I checked it and it works exactly like before. Not sure how it
happened but I need to be more careful.

Thank you Sir!!!
