When I open a .mdb file it opens up a form.  How do I get to the design view
of the form?   Nothing on the menu lets me access the design view of the
form.  I don't know if this file has been compiled?? or not.

Sounds like it has been compiled.  If it is an mdb file, the extension may
have been changed back to mdb from mde.
