Hello,

How and what is the best way I can store a MS Word or maybe and Outlook
screen shot into my database.  I welcome and tips or website to visit.

You probably will have better luck storing the image files in the file
system and storing a path to them in the database. That will avoid large
file sizes in the database. Have a look at this free utility for doing that:
