I have a query that I would like to automatically Merge into an existing
Template document from a form. Can anyone help me get started with this?

Basically I have a large number of records (Job Number) and with each job a
number of parts are tabulated and attached to the job number. I would like
the table of these parts entered into an existing template document. Your
help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no such thing as a template document in Access.  What are you really
trying to do?  Are there two tables, One for Job Numbers and a related table
of parts using the primary key of the Job Number table to join on?

What do you mean by Document and document from a form?

We will be happy to help, but your terminology is unclear.

These might help you get started if I understand what you are asking for.
I'm printing a document from a Form/sub form in Access to Word using
bookmarks in the Word document.

There are several others methods
on there as well.
