Delete Record button error message

Hi. This is really frustrating. I'm using Access 2002 on XP.

I have a small subform, containing an Image control and a "Show Photo"
command button. This shows an Image that is linked to the main record being
viewed and works fine. As I dont want to have any fields showing in the
subform, I used the Wizard to create a "Delete Record" command button. If I
use this button, I get a message "A property of the automation object
requires or returns a data type that isn't supported by Visual Basic". The
record is, however, being deleted.

If I introduce a field into the subform and click on it, then use the delete
button on the top menu, it works fine. Why won't the Delete Record button
work?

The annoying thing is that I've created a sample mdb at home, on Access 97
and a Delete record works OK on the same subform there.

Thanks for any help. JohnB

Please Ignore this. I discovered that this was caused by my having added some
objects using a computer at a lower level of XP than the ones the Users use.
Have now redone and all OK. THanks, JohnB
