Hi,

I have the .mde file, whenever I open a form from that .mde, the second user
might not be able to open it again. when they ran it, they gonna have this
message:

The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine 'CD123'
that prevents it from being opened or locked.

It's supposed to be multi user right ?
anybody have any idea what's going on here?

thank you

Try playing with your network permissions. I've found that
if I don't give the users Change permissions to the folder
they can't create the .ldb file so Access thinks its
opening the file in exclusive mode. I've also seen that if
they can't destroy the .ldb file when they close the file
that it can also lock others out.
