I have an active formerly working just fine DB in Access 2000,  I recently
adjusted some simple forms and a few sub reports only to find that on opening
there is a message that It (access) can't find one of my forms.  It takes me
to my VBA where there were no changes to debug and my access buttons dont
work anymore.  What would cause this?  I restored the access to a former
working copy without the updates and I now receive the message on
intermittant forms/buttons.

The first thing to try, if you haven't already, is Compact and Repair
Database in the Tools|Utilities menu.

If that doesn't fix it, create a new, blank database and import everything
in the problem database into the new one.

The compact and repair is set to run each time the DB is shut down, this may
have complicated the issue.  However,  Your second suggestion seems to have
at least gotten rid of those pesky errors.  I lost some code on a few of my
forms, but I'll take it any way I can get it right now.
Thanks a million for the help
