It is common for people who are using the same application, or the same
front end Database, for multiple organizations, to include a Table with
"customization" information. The information from that Table can be read
and either saved in Public Variables, as Properties of a Class, or in a Form
that has its Visible property set to No. Or, the data can be retrieved where
needed using the DLookup domain aggregate function.
Or, you could obtain one of the third-party Find and Replace applicatons
which will make a global change... you essentially tell it "wherever you
find 'Nazareth Church' replace it with 'Abundant Life Church'" and it
(giving you the option to skip the replace in each instance, unless you
direct otherwise) will change every occurrence. One that I have used and
been pleased with for Access 2003 is "Find & Replace" shareware from
http://www.rickworld.com; another I've used and liked in the past, but that
won't work with Access 2003 (you have to have an earlier version of Access
installe) is "Speed Ferret" commercial software from
http://www.moshannon.com.
As you can guess, those can be very useful for other purposes, too, when you
are developing.

Larry:
Can we use it if we will only replace the caption and label/header in Form
and report?. I am affraid that it will replace the words in VBA will
jeopardize everything.
Thanks for your further help.
