Supress Default New Record on Subform

Is there a way to supress the * record in a subform?

Here is an example of what is currently displayed:

Subform:
ID  Name  Address
1    John     123 Main
*
Tammy F - 28 May 2008 22:15 GMT
On the form properties - set the allow additions to NO.
