Center content in maximized form

Thank you all for looking.  I am having my startup screen open maximized and
I would like to acknowledge that not everyone uses the same screen
resolution.  I would like to have the content of the form centered on the
form so that it looks aesthetically pleasing regardless of your resolution.
Basically there will be a collection of about 4 forms setup teh following
way..

Form1 - startup - has 2 text fields with labels for accepting dates, one
command button and then a photo beneath so the form doesn't look so empty.

Form2 - update - this won't be maximized so no changes required

Form3 - review - This form has 2 subforms on top of the form that show
summary information (they should should be horizontally alligned).  Beneath
there is a tab control...imagine a squared Mickey Mouse.

Form4 - maintenance - again this form won't be maximized so no changes
required.

So my hope is that I can center the content of Form1 and Form3 so that I can
maximize the form and hooray...pretty form for everyone.

Any suggestions that people have would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks =)
