When I look at my form in design view, I can see all the fields. When I look
at regular view, the lower half of the screen is blank, with the fields on
the lower portion behind there. There is a horizontal line that goes across
at about the same position the fields are hidden.

I CANNOT figure out how to see all the fields on the form in regular view.
HELP.

I had the same problem.  I had the RecordSource wrong.  Try changing the
RecordSource.
