Is there a way to disable the Properties of a form without disabling the
form?   When someone right clicks on a button on the form, I don't want them
to be able to make changes on the form.   Any way to gray-out Properties?

Have you tried unchecking all of the boxes on the StartUp menu yet?

Hi.....I was hoping for a way to remove the Properties from the form elements
WITHOUT going to the extreme of unchecking all the boxes on the startup menu.
Its been my experience that once done, the unchecked aspect is forever and
there is no way to go back and undo any of it.    Am I correct?

Not at all.  Unless you disable it, you can just hold down a <SHIFT> key
while opening your db and all of the startup code is bypassed.  Then just go
in to the Startup menu and check everything again if you want.
