Switchboard Question In 2007

All -

In Switchboard Manager, there is an option to Open Report.  On the Report
I'm trying to open, I have set the default view to Print Preview and Allow
Report View and Allow Layout View to No, as I want the user to see the
Report and print it.  When I try to open the Report using the Switchboard I
get an error saying "Report view is not available for this report."  I don't
want the Report View, just the Print Preview.  Is there a way to have the
Switchboard open the Report in Print Preview vs it trying to open in Report
View?

Thanks

Hi Jeff

The switchboard is rather limited in its built-in capabilities, but I
believe it does have an option to run some code.

With code, you can do *anything*, so just write a VBA function to open your
report as you require, and then run that function from the switchboard
button.

Good Luck  :-)
