I have got a database. I have created a form from an existing table.

I want to send out the form via e-mail so that the customers can fill in the
details and then when they send it back to me I can easily update my table
with the new information?

What is the best way of doing this? Can I send a Form via e-mail without
sending the table? As the Table might have details about other customers I
just want to send an empty form and not the Table!!

I haven't used Pages in Access but I beleive that it is used to collect data
over the internet!! Is that what I'll have to create? If yes then what will
be the procedure?

Kindest Regards

Access 2007 has a method of doing this. Previous versions rely on code.
Though perhaps not exactly what you want there is also a 3rd party product
that can do it:
