I have created a new Access 2007 database using the mdb format so that other
users with 2002-2003 can use it.  When I create a new form in the blank
database, and run it, the form covers the entire screen and I can't figure
out out to get it to the "restored" view.  When I open an existing mdb file
in Access 2007, the forms work fine but apparently there's some setting I've
missed in 2007 that doesn't handle this.  Can someone help?
Thanks in advance.

On the main menu (Circle Logo), at the bottom is Access Options. Under
Current database, select overlapping windows.
