Trouble with form view.

I have created a input form based on a query, in Access 2007, that displays
all fields in the Design View but displays only a blank screen with a header
and footer in Form View. Not even the labels are displayed, just the light
blue background. I have tried everything I know how to do but have no idea
what to do next. The only other thing I found was that when I am in Form
View, I can select Filter by Form from the Advanced tab on the Home tab and
the form displays correctly. The problem is that the View tab on the left is
grayed out as is about everything else. If I select Toggle Filter, then I am
back to a blank screen.

Where should I look for a solution?

Thanks - Ed

If you used a query as the form's recordsource and the query is not
updateable, then applying a filter could leave a blank form. First check the
query to see if it's updateable (try to update it and see if your can) As
soon as that is working, open the form in Design View and remove any saved
filters.
