I want to open a form based on a table to only view certain records, for
example, paid customers only.  I tried to base the form on a query but it
didn't work.

Please could you advise on how to do this?

Thanks.

The query should work just fine.  How did you make the query?  Did you use
the Query Builder?  What did you put in the criteria area of your Paid field?
Did you check Datasheet view of the query to see what records would be pulled?

Correct the error in the form, or the query.

If you would like help doing so please post some more information. I can't
recall the last time I based a form on anything OTHER than a query - it's
perfectly routine and it does work. If you could explain what you did, and in
what way it "didn't work", someone can surely help get it sorted for you.
