I am using the time and billing database and I would like to be able to open
an employee timesheet data form only for a specific person.  I would like for
an employee to only be able to view their time card and not others how can I
do that.

Use the WhereCondition argument of the OpenForm command.  What Time and
Billing db?

What version of Access are you using?

The templates that come with Access are designed to get a new user started
with some examples.  Your request is too general in nature for this Forum.  I
could answer you by just saying "impliment User Security" which would
probably not make a lot of sense at this stage of development.  It sounds
like you have a learning curve ahead of you.  It is a pleasant journey IMHO.
If you have a specific question then by all means ask it.  If you need some
help implimenting User Security then there are people here that have done
that hundreds on times.  Good luck.
