I have a form (form1), and i want to

show "Form1" everytime i open MS Access automatically.

If you have Access 2000 or above, you just have to to to Tools > Startup >
Display Form Page and select the form you want.

If you have Access 2007 you select the round Office Button, Access Options >
Current Database > Display Form
