Good morning,

I have a series of forms that pulls info from a table with gage info listed.
This gage info is the  inventory  of a gage cart. I want to use the forms to
keep a running log of gage usage. The forms are set up with command buttons:
Sign out gage > gage type> size> ect.. Once the command buttons narrow to a
secific size and description of gage, I would like to capture that gage on
another table or form with a date. Is there a code or expression I can enter
on the last form to make this happen? Thanks for any help!!!!!  specific

Hi Webjr666

There will be a way to make it happen.
Let me know if I understand what you are trying to do with your form.

The form is built on a table that will record the gage type, gage size etc.
The form has combo boxers with drop down lists that get their data from a
table with gage info.
The user can use combo boxes to select gage type, gage size etc.

This is how I would set it up.

If I have not understood what you are trying to do, post back and we can try
again.
