Open Form in Add Mode

I have form that is designed to open in DataSheet Format.. When I open the
form normally it works perfectlhy.

When I open it from switchboard open form in add mode it open in form
view...  

What am I doing wrong..

Even when it is the default view for a form datasheet view has to be explicitly
specified in your OpenForm method.

DoCmd.OpenForm "FormName", acFormDS, , , acFormAdd

I suppose you would have to create a function and then use the Run Code option.
Sorry, but I never use the Switchboard Manager (often described by Larry Linson
as a complex solution to a simple problem).

I just use my own unbound forms with buttons and/or hyperlinks on them as that
is much more flexible and powerful.
