I have a form created in Excel.
Is it possible to import this form then identify the fields for edit/update
or is the only way to create a table with the values of the form and manually
create the form in Access?  Basically, starting over from scratch with a
table and form..

Sorry, forms in Excel are quite different than forms in Access.

It would likely be faster to start over again in Access.
