I have created a form with a subform based on a query.  Everything
looks great on my screen but when I go to file- send as attachment and
use the default HTML format for the attachment the only thing that
show up in the HTML is the primary form data, nothing from the
subform.

Any thoughts

First off, you should be emailing a report rather than a form.

The data I am sending contains hyperlinks that must remain active, not
aware of any way in A2003 to keep hyperlinks active in a report.
