Check to see if you can put the form in design mode. Look under the
properties if editting is set to false. Furthermore there is the option a lot
of users use the macro to disable certain toolbars. So look for a possible
macro refreing to this specific form and settings.

I have no macros in this form. Since it is very simple. Just buttons to run
existing reports. In design view, properties the edit is set to yes. Thank
you for your help.

In that case try looking under the startup options of the db. Rightclick the
titlebar from the databasewindow and look under Start up. There you'll find
some checkboxes in regard to the various menu's. Maybe checking them will pop
up the toolbar again.
