I have a form with subforms and one of the forms does not show all of the
data.  It shows some of the records, but other records drop out for no
apparent reason.  Can you help me?

Nobody van help you unless you provide some meaningful information
about your context, such as the query used for the main form, the
query used for the subform, the subform control's the link parrent
fields, link child fields, etc.

Check the Master/Childlinks in your subform's properties.

I have seen this before when this property contains multiple field links.
Some records may only match one field when both (or more) are required to
satisfy the link.
