I have a Main Switchboards which open the following Switchboards
Finance
General Admin
Marketing
Sales
Scientific

On the Finance Switchboard I would like to have Forms and Report
Switchboards and then items under them.  Is it possible to have multiple
switchboards?  In other words - Main - Finance - Forms.  I can only seem to
create Main then Finance and then only items under Finance, not switchboards.
Thanking you in advance

Post a copy of your Switchboard Items table and what is the version of your
Access?

Thanks for your very quick response.  I am using Access 2003

Database opens to this form page which list the switchboards

Archive Information Database (Default)
Finance (this is a switchboard)
General Admin (this is a switchboard)
Marketing (this is a switchboard)
Sales (this is a switchboard)
Scientific (this is a switchboard)
Exit database (this is an item)

When I select the switchboard Finance I want the following switchboards
Forms and Reports and the item Previous Menu (only the item is working)

Thanks

You did not post what I asked for.
You have a table named Switchboard Items.
Copy the data from that table into a post.

Thanks for your help Karl, I figured it out.  I did not list all my
switchboards on the original page so now when I go to a Switchboard it gives
me the ability to select a (sub) switchboard.
