Hi,

I am trying successfully to add an Edit button on everyrow of the record for
user to edit current record on a Tabular form. This feature is turned off
when I switch to Datasheet form.

Is there an alternative way to put a button on Datasheet form to obtain view
below?

ID    Name    Position    Action
1    AAAA   Director     Edit
2    BBBB    Driver        Edit
.....

Dear friend,

Did you think the possibility to change your form to Continuous?  This will
be more or less like the datasheet and you can add there command buttons.

Hope this helps,

GeorgeCY
