form causes the db to close

A db was deigned on Access2003 and was working fine for a long time. I used
it on Access2007 and converted to new format. Now when I open a specific
form, the whole application terminates without any message. Event viewer
doesn't record anything and if I try to save as 2003 format, many things are
lost.

it's called a crash

if you don't like playing russian roulette with your data then move to SQL
Server
