I have created several forms within a very simple access database. But I am
unable to print the form and the current displayed data. The output is just
background of the form (in this case it is the Expedition format that was
generated during the process of using the Form Wizard application)

How can I get it to print the form out

It would help, Rhonda, to know what you've tried so far.

How have you tried to print the form?

Suggestion:

View Forms.

Print Reports.

Use the right tool for the job - reports are NOT designed or appropriate for
printing. Launch a Report based on a query referencing the form to print just
the current record.
