I have several forms/sub forms open and a set of parameters on the screen
that when changed requery the forms displayed. However when I go out to print
one of the screens in a report and it returns to the open form it looses the
data when I next try to requery the form. I have made sure that none of the
reports or forms are running off the same queries.

This only happens on one machine and I suspect that it may not have the
latest service pack or Jet update. Should I just get the machine updated or
is there anything I should consider to make the system more stable

Any suggestions please

If you are trying to run Access and get the same results on multiple
machines, its a good idea to make sure they are all running the same version
of Access!

Yes they are all on the same version but not the same service pack and
probably not the same Jet version. Is there anything I can do to ensure that
the system is more stable
