I have managed to get the pictures to appear in the form but they're Massive!
What is the best way to save a picture from a digital camera so that it
appears as a passport size photo in the form.  what are the specifications I
should use?  I would be so grateful for any assistance.  Thank you.

Use external photo editing software (e.g. Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, or
something that came with the camera). Resize the photo to the size you want
it, and save a copy at that size (always keep an original full-size copy of
any image, in case you mess up the editing!).

Import your smaller version of the image into Access.

HTH,

Pete.
