How do I make a record close and advance to next record when a day is ended.
I like to have a record close and lock out (not allow user to enter or change
the field in previous record but start automatice advance to  new record on
next day) after a day is ended.  The user has to enter all the field again
starting new record next day.

any suggestion. Thanks

We're not there, and we can't see your data structure, so any suggestion is
going to be generic, not specific.

If your form includes a validation check to ensure that records with
"yesterdays'" dates are not edited, would that do it?
