I created a form using Access form wizard and selected a style.  Now I want
to change the style, but I don't see how.

It's right there in the menu...

Format/Autoformat...
then pick your desired format.

Change the style of the form already created?
Open the form's property sheet.
On the Format tab find the Picture property.
Click on it.
Click on the button with the 3 dots that will appear on that line.
Browse to the folder that contains the picture you wish.
On my computer, the Globe (I guess that's what you mean by Industrial)
is found at:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Bitmaps\Styles\GLOBE.WMF

Click OK.
