Can you have multiple expressions in a control source?

I have a control source expression:  =IIf([Action]="Internal
Review",[Start]).  I works very well,  But at the same time, I will have
multiple records for "Internal Review".  When I open the report, there's alot
of white space between one date and the next under the heading.

White space when viewing the report is caused by white space in design view.
Do you have zero white space above and below this control in design view?
