I have a table: tblTemplates with two fields TemplateName and Template.

text field     memo field

TEMPLATENAME   TEMPLATE
------------   --------
Signature      John Doe
              Administrator

MaintPlan      Server Name:
              Database Name:
              Database Size:
              etc etc etc

Using either a combobox or a listbox, when the user clicks on
"Signature", the signature

John Doe
Administrator

is added to the bottom of the existing text.

Thanks for any assistance with this.

Code the AfterUpdate event of the Combo Box:
Me![MemoField] = Me![MemoField] & vbNewLine & Me!ComboName

Substitute the actual names of your fields.
