Expanding Forms

I am trying to get a form to expand and fill the whole screen when it opens,
i.e. cover access toolbars at the top of the screen. Does anyone know how to
do this????

Due to the nature of how the MDI (multi-document interface) works, I don't
believe it's possible to have a form cover the toolbar.
