ummm...

and you're asking in a technical support newsgroup for the database
program Microsoft Access!?

I would suggest that you knock on your boss's door and ask him or her
what is the appropriate method in *your* company for doing so. This
does not appear to be a computer problem at all, much less an Access
question.
