I'm trying to export an access file to a cd and access wont let b/c it's a
"read only" folder.  I've checked and none of the read only boxes are marked.
Appreciate any help.  Thanks

You can only write to a CD if your have a CDROM that is Read/Write. If you
have an Access file on a regular CD and want to edit the file, you must copy
it to your local hard drive; a regular CD is always and will remain Read
Only.
