Hi, I am totoally new of Access, however, I need to creat a database with an
user-friendly interface/panel, people can add new, delete, query or search,
and print report from the interface, could any one tell how to start? and

I would buy a book called the "Access Bible" for the version of Access you
are using or sign up for a college 15 week course. There is no short answer
to give you because Access is totally different than any other program in
Office.
