Hello,

I have a query with 280,000 records in it that I need to export to a text
file.  When I try to do it, though, I get an error message saying that
Notepad can only hold 65,000 records so I'll have to export the rest of my
records separately.  Is there any way around this?  Thanks.

I've never seen an error message from Access that mentions Notepad. What's
the exact error message you get, and what are you doing when the message
occurs (i.e.: if you're running code, what's the code, or if you're working
through the GUI, what menu option have you selected)?

I just exported a table containing 349.471 records into a text file using
File | Export process in ACCESS.

No problems. What are you trying to do? I also replied to another message
you posted in another newsgroup. Let's stick to just one of these posts, ok?
