Importing .txt into a Acess

Hi,
 I want to import selected contents of the notepad delimited by comma into
a table.can u help me do that?

Select Get External Data, then Import on the File menu.

Once you select the file, a wizard should help you with the rest.

Note that the file extension must be one of .txt, .csv, .tab, .asc, .htm or
.html. See the following KB articles for more details:
