Hi - first apologies, I posted this yesterday but can't find the post.

We have a staff who needs to work with an XP database but she has Access
2000 and can't upgrade b/c another app requires that version.  She's the only
person who will need this db.

Is there any way to make this into a 2000 database?

Open the XP database and click on tools and select database utilities, then
select convert database, then to access 2000 format.
