Importing other database files

Is it possible to import a microsoft works database file into access
I have a very large database already prepared and do not want to hav
to compile it again. :

Data, yes... application (screens, macros, etc.), no.

If you use the export facilities of Works to export to a common format,
Access will be able to "pick it up".
