Icons in access database

Can you please help? I am relatively inexperienced at
building access databases. I am trying to insert small
pictures of hazard signs (icons)to print out for risk
assessments. There will be about 20 to 30 icons but about
2000+ risk assessments. I can achieve this manually but
would like to have a drop down box, like a combi box to
select the icons from to link to each assessment. I this
possible and if so how.

have to attempted to create a combobox(dropdonwn)? if so,
what happened?
How did you get the small pictures in your database?(where
are they stored and how?)
