i'm trying to create a way so that if i have multiple rows of data for the
same person that i can have it format horizontally instead of vertically e.g.

m jones    x class
m jones    y class
m jones   z class

so instead

m jones   x class   y class   z class
any help would be appreciated

http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0008.htm at "The Access Web" for a
couple of suggestions.
