Having a problem linking Access 2003 to a FoxPro database. Have read the bits
in the knowledgebase about using Visual FoxPro ODBC to link instead of
linking directly. The only snag is I can't seem to load the FoxPro ODBC
driver in Windows XP. Checking this out I seem to be directed to use the
"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Visual FoxPro" I can download this but can't
see any way of getting it to work.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi Paul,
Which version of the VFP ODBC driver are you trying? The latest is
downloadable from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/updates/default.aspx . What
happens when you try to install it?

Thanks Cindy,
The problem was that the VFP ODBC driver wasn't loaded and I couldn't find
the download. From the link you gave I've now installed the driver and have
sucessfully linked to the database. Closer examination shows I just wasn't
scrolling quite far enough down the web page where it lists the ODBC driver!
Thanks again.
Paul

Thanks Cindy,
Using the link you gave I've now downloaded the ODBC driver and have
successfully linked to the FoxPro tables.
Thanks for the help
