When I use the RunApp command to start a Microsoft Word
Mail Merge a second copy of the Microsoft Access database
loads.  It remains open even after I close the Microsoft
Word Mail Merge document & application.

Is there any way to prevent the second version of the
application database from loading or to have it close
automatically when MS Word closes?
