Difficulty Importing Excel to Access

I have a spreadsheet that I am trying to import into
excel but when I do a File, Get External Data, Import,
and find the file, nothing happens when I select it.

Can you help?
I have tried this with database wizard, creating a new
database and using an existing database. But neither of
these are working.

Do you click "Import" after selecting the Excel file?

Nothing happens after that. That's the problem I am
running into.
