Export to RTF

I have an access XP report that I want the user to be able
to export to an RTF so they can email it to people.  One
of the fields is a memo field.  I try to give it as much
space as possible, but the data still gets cut off and the
data doesn't go all the way across the page.

I even tested it with just the memo field and same thing
happens.  Is there a way to make sure all the data in the
memo field is displayed in the RTF?

I think i found the problem.
Before we upgraded to the current Office version, MS had a
font called "MS Sans Serif".  That what I used for most of
the reports.  After we upgraded, I guess MS got rid of "MS
Sans Serif" and replaced it with "Microsoft Sans Serif".
Even though the new version accepts both fonts, when you
export the report to a RTF file, the data with the old
font is truncated, not the new font.

Go figure that one out.  Is it a bug or a "feature"?
