Is it possible to import patient information from a Medisoft medical billing
program v10 to MS Access?

I know nothing about Medisoft, but the likely answer is not directly.
Does Medisoft have any export functionality?
If you can export a file type Access can import, you could export you
Medisoft data to that and then import it into Access.
What database engine does it use?
If Medisoft uses a database engine like SQL Sever, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL,
FoxPro dbf, then you would need to know the database schema and link directly
to the tables in the database.
